The Midtown Greenway ramp at Dean Pkwy will be closed from Monday, June 10 through Friday, June 14. The recommended detour route is via Dean Pkwy, Cedar Lake Ave, Kenilworth Trail and the Midtown Greenway. The closure is needed to perform work related to the Calhoun-Isles Area Sewer Improvements.

The Sabo Bridge has re-opened to pedestrians and cyclists as of today, June 1st. When I attended the BAC meeting on Wednesday, some members hinted that it would re-open Monday, June 4th, so this is a nice little surprise, even to me.
The temporary supports will remain in place until permanent repairs can be made.

Tomorrow, Thursday, October 27th, a 1-day closure of the Midtown Greenway will take place between Humboldt Avenue and Bryant Avenue. The Greenway will be closed at 5am and reopen in the late afternoon or early evening. A signed detour route will be posted. This trail closure will facilitate the placement of a new bicycle and pedestrian bridge at Girard Avenue over the Greenway trench. Later this year a new access ramp for trail users will open between the Midtown Greenway and Girard Avenue.
